Refund policy
NO REFUND, NO RETURN: Exchange if Conditions are Met
All sales are final. Unless otherwise specified herein, all items purchased from our website are not eligible for return or refund. We offer the option for exchanges under specific conditions as outlined below. No store credit will be issued for exchanges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Our policy operates under the following terms and conditions:
- All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded or returned.
- All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the receipt of the items ordered.
- Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging, product tags, and a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Purchased items are non-refundable and are only eligible for exchange if all conditions herein are met.
SHIPPING AND REPROCESSING FEES FOR EXCHANGES
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning items for exchange.
- Additionally, a reprocessing fee of THB 200 will be charged for each exchange request to cover the costs associated with processing the exchange.
- The customer must ensure that the returned items for exchange are well-packaged and protected during transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return process.
VALUE DIFFERENCE POLICY FOR EXCHANGES
- If the value of the item you wish to exchange is higher than that of your original purchase, you are required to pay the difference plus the reprocessing fee.
- In cases where the original purchase value is higher than the exchange item, no refund or store credit will be provided for the difference. Customers are encouraged to select an exchange item of equal or greater value to fully utilize the value of their original purchase.
ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR EXCHANGE
Exchanges are permitted only for the following reasons:
- Items are damaged, expired, or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect items were received in your order.
- Items went missing during delivery.
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
Note: Minor color and design variations from the photographs shared on our website do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange, please take photos of the item(s) you wish to exchange and send the pictures with a detailed explanation of the reasons to DOGTOC Thailand via (hello@dogtocthailand.com). We will review your request and inform you about the eligibility of your exchange. If eligible, we will provide further instructions including the address for shipment and details on how to include the reprocessing fee.
NO REFUND/NO RETURN, ONLY EXCHANGE
We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any items sold. Eligible items will be exchanged only, provided all terms and conditions are met, including the responsibility for return shipping charges and the reprocessing fee. Items will only be accepted for exchange if they are returned in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to inspect returned items, and our decision shall be final and conclusive.
ABOUT THE EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a defective item, you may replace or exchange the product for a full replacement or another item. If the same model is not available, you may select another item of equal or greater value, with any price difference to be paid by you.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be promptly reflected on our website.
